Eligibility:
   
  1. Accepted for jurying are all original fine art and fine craftwork, including painting, graphics, sculpture, jewelry, photography, drawing, and artisan crafts (clay, fiber, glass, metal, leather, paper and wood.) Artwork presented must be original and created by the artist and must be for sale. Any work made from commercial kits, molds, offset reproductions, mass editions, etc., will not be considered. The Fields Project reserves the right to exclude any work it deems unsuitable for display or misrepresented in applying.
  2. Participation fee is $65.00 for selected show artists. A 12` x 12` display space will be provided.
  3. Participants will provide their own displays. Tents may be set up the day before.
  4. Location: Mix Park on Illinois Rt. 2 south of Rt. 64 in Oregon, IL.
  5. Set-up: from 7:00 am to be completed by the 10:00 am show time. Exhibitors can't tear down before the 4:00 pm closing.
  6. The Fields Project organizers, Oregon Park District and sponsors assume NO liability for loss or damage to artwork or properties from any cause. Your required signature indicates acceptance of these conditions.
  7. There are no pets allowed at the booths.
  8. The Fields Project reserves the right to photograph all exhibited works and use these photographs for educational and publicity purposes, including the web site and E-news.
